Form Objective

MDs should complete this form to engage the Solutions Office to fulfill requests related to Rebid/RFI data support, plan analysis and standard plan level reports.

MDs should only submit requests to the Solutions Office that will save MDs time
If the request was previously fulfilled by another group (other than your function), that work should continue to reside with that group
If for some reason the Solution Office's SLAs on turnaround do not align with client/consultant expectations (for example, some clients may demand a same day response), MD/CSM/CCs should coordinate to work through the request
If needed, reporting support exists within the CSM Business Mgmt. Team to fulfill custom, adhoc data requests for Corp. Market Strategic clients

The Solutions Office will review and determine if the request is within scope. If appropriate, requests will be completed and provided back to the requestor in Microsoft Word or Excel format. Solutions Office does not send data directly to clients or consultants/advisors.
