Thank you for choosing to submit a proposal to the FCAT® University Research Awards Program!
Your proposal should be no longer than five pages, excluding supplemental materials. Ensure your proposal aligns to one of the research themes. We
welcome moonshot ideas and the novel application of technologies. For proposals that can connect to an aspect
of financial services and/or financial technology, please address that in your submission. You will receive a prompt to categorize your research type on the corresponding submission page for the purposes of review.
This form has three sections:
1) Contact Information
2) Confirmation of Terms
3) Proposal Description & Upload.
The FCAT® Research Awards Submission Guidelines and Terms are included with the proposal document package. Ensure you have reviewed these prior to application.
Your initial submission is expected to be no more than 5 pages (1-inch margins, single spaced), with the key components of the proposal outlined in the FCAT Research Awards Submission Guidelines and Terms.
Please be succinct in your proposal. You do not need to use 5 pages if your proposal does not call for it (ex. a short-term project for the FCAT Applied Technology award may only require 2 pages to outline). Your proposal should reflect thoughtful and innovative research ideas and/or application regardless of the award that you are pursuing in our program.
